3. Orders, Payment & Billing

Order confirmation is sent via email; however, we reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized reselling, or stock unavailability. • Pre-orders: Estimated shipping dates are approximate and may change. We will notify you of material delays.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We ship to most countries worldwide. Standard delivery times are 5–7 business days for domestic orders and 8–14 business days for international orders. All shipping costs and customs duties (if applicable) are displayed at checkout. Once the carrier picks up the package, risk of loss and title for items passes to you. Matrix Market is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any discrepancies within 48 hours.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your Matrix Market gear. Our return policy allows you to return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned. To initiate a return, contact support@matrixmarket.com. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

Exchanges: For size exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the correct size to guarantee availability.
